POSTAGE

UK

Commissioned artwork and the Wedding Bouquet Illustration Service illustrations are posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which requires a signature upon delivery. Items are insured up to £500. For commissions worth over and above this value, additional insurance will be arranged and charged separately via invoice, in consultation with you. I will make every effort to contact you before I post the original artwork, to check someone will be available to sign or if you wish to give an alternative address. I will be able to share the Royal Mail Track and Trace reference number, but it is your responsibility to follow up with Royal Mail directly should you miss the delivery and need to re-arrange or collect from the sorting office.

INTERNATIONAL

International deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, which then defers to the local postal system in the recipient’s country. Though an international delivery will only be completed with a signature, it is not always possible for to view the signature online. I will be able to share the Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed reference number, but it is your responsibility to follow up with the local postal system directly should you miss the delivery and need to re-arrange or collect from the sorting office.

REFUNDS

Unfortunately, due to unique nature of commissioned work, returns will not be accepted and no refunds can be issued.

LEAD TIMES

Private commissions will be subject to consultation, but are usually completed within four weeks of ordering. We will agree a date at the time of our email/phone consultation. I will make every effort to accommodate special anniversaries and occasions, but please advise me of important deadlines upon booking.

Where I partner with brands and creative businesses, lead time is entirely subject to our agreement, but usually within 3-10 days of briefing.

WEDDING BOUQUET ILLUSTRATION SERVICE

The Wedding Bouquet Illustration Service entitles the recipient to one original bouquet illustration, on paper only.  No digital file will be issued and the image may not be reproduced without prior consent from Charlotte Argyrou.

Bouquet illustrations will be presented on heavyweight acid-free paper in a mount of the same dimensions. We will discuss dimensions within our email/phone consultation, once I have seen photography of the bouquet. Please refer to the size options below.

The illustration will be posted to the recipient within the UK via Royal Mail Special Delivery, within one month of receipt of photography. I will make every effort to accommodate special anniversaries and occasions, but please advise me of important deadlines upon booking. Please note, postage outside the UK will incur an additional P&P charge and will take longer to arrive. Please allow additional mailing time, if the illustration is a gift for a special occasion or anniversary.

The illustration is non-returnable, non-refundable and a gift voucher can not be exchanged for its cash value.

Vouchers for the Wedding Bouquet Illustration Service will be posted to gift-givers with 2-5 working days, via first class post. Please contact me at charlotte@charlotteargyrou.com if your voucher is urgent, I will do everything possible to send sooner. The finished illustration will be sent to the couple directly within one month of receipt of their photography. The voucher expires within one year of being sent to the gift-giver. The date will be written on the voucher to advise the couple.
